Balls Park Mansion

The ghosts seem to be "anniversary" spectres appearing in October, including the sightings of a grey figure, and security guard who was thrown back several feet by an unseen entity. The ghost is supposed to be a woman who killed herself one October day by throwing herself from the balcony - under which the figure was seen, although she has also been seen wandering the corridors here.
