When this was a branch of Prezzo, during renovation work, timber was seen to move by itself, a pile of bricks were found moved, a "strange mist" rose up from the basement and wiring was ripped out. Soon afterwards, "marching shadows" were seen on the walls, an unexplained crash was heard from a downstairs floor, toilet doors slammed and locked of their own accord and a chandelier on the staircase swayed by itself. Whether these phenomena still manifest is not known.
