A private flat, taps have been found to have turned themselves on but stopped when the owners remonstrated with the ghost. Thuds, tappings and other sounds have been heard, while shadows and lights have been seen, and items have gone missing. The owner's cat reacts strangely to a set of cupboards in the lounge too.
