In its previous incarnation as a toy shop, a Victorian lady phantom would stroke the brow of the girl in the back bedroom and a man in a dark suit would stand at the end of her bed (see the entry for the next door property). Dogs have reacted violently at the stairs leading up to the attic.

Update: 27/1/20: I contacted the (then current) owner about any recent phenomena and was told by Carol, "Nothing that I’m aware of. In fact as far as I am aware there have been no ghosts reported historically. If there is one it’s a happy one. There is no sinister atmosphere."
