The Feathers

In the distant past, a coach turned into the inn to change horses when it accidentally ran over a young girl, killing her. She was said to be playing a violin in the courtyard just before she died and the sound of the instrument is said to be heard to this day.

Update 15/10/22: The pub responded to my Facebook request for any recent phenomena: "This is site is apparently haunted. I've heard movement downstairs when the pub is closed. I've heard some walk through my flat and so did the dog! The other week. My flat is in the 16th century part. My other half saw a gent go in to a hotel room last week and asked me who had checked in early. I checked the system and that room had not sold and no.one had checked in! Checked camera and no one went into that room when he saw someone! ... A little girl got ran over by a horse and cart and she is believed to haunt the feathers"
