Kensworth Footpath Number 4

This footpath, which cuts across the field to emerge near the top of Hollick's Lane, where the Church of St Mary the Virgin is located, is known as "The Coffin Route" because of its use in the past by mourners and pallbearers. The ghost of a witch and a headless milkmaid are said to haunt this route.
