Staff have found items moved by themselves and a spectral lady has been seen at the bottom of the stairs. Other phenomena include: the landlady hearing three claps from the restaurant area but on investigation, no-one was there; a television that had been turned off at the wall suddenly turning itself on; and a figure resembling a maid being seen through a window.
