Seafield Bay

A 1989 document says that, "Sometimes at night the distant screams of witches can be heard, said to be the victims of Matthew Hopkins, the infamous Witchfinder General. The loudest are said to be those of Elizabeth Clarke." Another sources says that, "Elizabeth’s ghost is said to haunt the shore of Seafield Bay, an area of mudflats known as The Walls."
