A spectral image of a "Grey Lady" has been seen here on at least three occasions; additionally, the chef saw a knife lift itself off the work surface and thrown itself across the kitchen, footsteps have been heard when the upstairs area was unoccupied, and a door was seen to rattle - again, the witness was alone in the building.
