Freston Tower

The tower was built for the education of a man's daughter, each level has a different level of learning attached to it. However the daughter, having been isolated from others, eloped with her art teacher. Although the above tale is very dubious, sailors passing by have claimed to have heard the furious yelling from the ghost of her father.
