Mysterious footsteps have been heard when the building was a pub, and people reported bedclothes being tugged off them.

Update 2/9/20: David Law responded to my email asking if anything had been experienced recently, saying "Although a sceptic myself, there have indeed been some strange occurrences reported to me over the 12 years we have occupied the building. From electrical fluctuations, items being moved or disappearing to my 4 year old granddaughter asking who that man was (there was nobody there..!!) - There is a point near the top of the stairs where everyone feels uncomfortable even myself. Visitors have experienced strange feelings in this area and one of my team's mothers says there is a 'presence'... Having said this, there is also a pleasant air about the building and it has a homely feel throughout, except for one area."
