Hintlesham Hall

Richard Savage Lord's son by his first marriage was treated badly by his second wife and she neglected him to such an extent thathe died of starvation. Because of this, the house is said to be haunted by his spectre, particularly the library and main stairway area where doors swing open of their own accord and then snap shut again.

4/1/24: Staff member Lia replied to my query regarding anything ghostly occurring at the hall; "Sadly, there has been no incidents as you describe by any members of staff or guests, so nothing to report from here."
