In the 1990s, when this building house bicycle shop "Trackers", the alarm system would repeatedly activate for no reason, triggered by motion in the upstairs area even though the building was secured. Replacement of the sensors failed to alleviate the situation. One morning, employees opened up to find all the bicycles on the 2nd floor positioned upside down - and again there was no sign of a break-in. Employees would hear the sound of whistling, their tools would go missing and one of them would feel that someone had just walked past him. One day, the bell to the front door rang, and a small girl with blondish hair and a brown dress (like hessian) entered but when a member of staff looked for her, she was gone and a search yielded no-one. This was to be the final incident in the shop.
