Bar staff would sometimes hear a lady talk upstairs, and they would also hear the slamming of doors. When the building was a branch of Ask and Pizza Express, a woman be seen, sometimes when the building was locked up. She was described as "chatty." If an item was lost it would be found returned later in an obvious place.
