When this was Zigzag Hair Studios, the shape of a shadowy old lady in a Victorian dress, nicknamed "Fiona" was seen standing at a window at the back of the building; she may also have been responsible for other "shadows" sometimes seen elsewhere. Areas had also been known to go cold, and there had been interference with the radio and lights too. It is not known if these phenomena are still being reported.
