Stanbrook Abbey Hotel

Chanel Smith informs me, "I got married there in 2018 and the history is very rich. My husband and I used to play snooker and pool in the games room down in the basement and we’ve had experiences of someone/something moving the pool stick chalk but that’s just us and not the main story here. During our stay in 2018 the staff members had told us that they had repeatedly saw either a woman or a nun (I think it was a nun but this was years ago to recall now) walking through the cloisters, with the floor being waist high on the figure (I’m assuming following maybe an original floor plan?). Apparently, this was a common occurrence and sighting. The more original parts of the hotel do have a creepy vibe and multiple 'cold spots' as felt myself."
