The Halfway HouseMalvern Road, Bastonford, Powick, Worcestershire WR2 4SL 01905 831098 A "short, squat" lady in a Paisley dress and with wavy hair was once seen to enter the ladies toilets - and never came out. It is thought that she is a licensee who was killed by a bus outside the pub in the 1950s. It is not clear how regular she is sighted - if indeed, she still is. |
