A woman has been seen walking into this ruinous house; in addition, the sounds of screams, footsteps, talking and breathing have been heard, and people have experienced stones being thrown (which reach quite a distance), a phantom fire, and the smell of lavender and burning detected. A taxi driver waiting nearby also reported his windscreen wipers going haywire and the petrol gauge flicking back and forth - even though the ignition was off.
