The head chef has reported a black shadow, the size of a small human moving behind him, "quite quickly." There have been problems with the beer on tap (the gas supply kept being turned off) and one time, an electrician was called in when the lights in the back went out - this apparently took some time to rectify. A large pan with 30 pints of beef stock once flew off the cooker, and a waiter is said to have encountered a ghost in the cellar; other stories talk of two ghosts running around this location, both girls. One is called Charlotte and seems to hail from the Georgian area. She is said to be nine years old and died of a heart condition. In addition, a lady who occupied the flat at the back also reported a few incidents, such as her electric toothbrush being found turned on.
