Lord Nelson (Closed)

Part of a pale blue coloured figure, described as "the shape of a person" has been seen walking across the bar and through the door of the cellar; another (?) figure walked across the passageway when the pub was closed to customers, apparently going through a wall; it seems to have been similar to the first apparition mentioned above. There are apparently four ghosts in the premises, and one (or more!) of them indulged in japes like throwing glasses from the bar. Previously, a landlady had tried to send her dog into the cellar when she heard strange noises but her pet stood on the stairs and growled. It seems that a blessing was performed in the past to expel the ghosts but it does not seem to have been successful.
