The Black Swan Hotel

The ghost of a "bored former employee" who liked to play tricks on his colleagues when alive is blamed for a succession of poltergeist-like phenomena such as an age restriction sign flying across the bar, chairs moving unaided, "a pile of shot trays seen toppling over and sprawling across the bar floor [and] a screwed-in lightbulb smashing onto the pool table." Some hotel guests have cut their stays short and there have been stories of them being being locked inside their room, causing them to panic. On other occasions, someone walks up and bangs on their door. A worker at the pub has been in its employee for 14 years and quickly noticed the activity, so ghostly phenomena seems to have been happening here for at least that long.
