The Weeping Willow

Chloe, an ex-worker, told of some of her experiences at her old place of employment. A young girl's ghost figure is seen from the street in the room at the top of the building, known as "Mavis' room". During lockdown in 2020, she, her husband (the Head Chef at the time) and her son would check on the building once a week. On one occasion she went to the toilet and could hear some fumbling of footsteps in the cubicle next door. She was on her own in the pub at the time. One Saturday evening after a busy dinner service, she felt a presence behind her and kept looking in that direction. Her husband heard a pan fall onto the kitchen floor from downstairs; again, he was the only person in the building at the time.
