Harbour Inn

The Inn is said to be haunted by an elderly gentleman and service bell in the bar has been heard to ring by itself - even when the lanyard was motionless.
Update: 15/3/20 Proprietor Mark tells me that, "having worked here for 12 years I have only had 1 unexplained incident. One evening after a busy bank holiday Monday must have been 2014-15 myself and 1 other member of staff were working front of house with 2 chefs in the kitchen and around 10pm the pub was empty of customers so we locked up. I went upstairs to the main dining to close it down and secure the windows and doors. I put every chair on top of the tables so its easier for the housekeepers to clean the floor the next morning. About 15 minutes later I was in the kitchen, which is below the dining room, talking to the chef as the other chef had left and what I can only describe the sound of a chair being pulled across the floor, however after going up and investigating nothing had moved or no one had been up there. The other member of staff was still down in the bar areas putting glasses away so all people in the building were accounted for and I cannot to this day say what it is. "
