The Bell (Closed)

Footsteps have been heard here, coming from the main entrance and continuing down a blocked off passageway. In addition doors open and close by themselves, and an old man in a cloak has been seen in the doorway. There are also reports of the sensation of being touched and a face, described as "soft and jelly-like" seen pressed against a window and staring out onto the courtyard; a customer's dog later refused to go into the area where the face had been seen. An "outcast" monk is also said to haunt this building.
