Baddesley Clinton

Although the ghosts of two previous owners (one is a fair headed Lady Ferrers in a dark gown, the other is Nicholas Brome who walks from the house to the doorway of the church) have not been seen for decades, footsteps are still heard coming from upstairs at night; guests have heard the steps stopping outside their rooms and the door handle turned - but no-one is there upon investigation. Voices apparently in argument have also been heard, and items have been found moved.

Update 26/8/21: The Hall responded to my Facebook query: "i'm afraid we don't document things like this but i've worked at Baddesley for a number of years now and i've not heard anyone (staff/volunteers) mention anything."
