In its previous incarnation as a motel, stationery moved from one room to another, a cleaner was perturbed by the sound of someone following her, along with a whispering sound, a clock jumped off a wall and the cage around the bar was rattled, among other phenomena. It is not known if these phenomena still manifest in the current building.
