The Angel Hotel

There are many tales associated here. There is an unverified story of a lady who had been jilted on her wedding day and hanged herself in the courtyard; it in this location that one guest recalled seeing a transparent figure going up or down the stairs. A head chef thought someone had come into the kitchen and he spoke to them but when she turned round, there was no-one there. A guest refused to have room 2 because of some unspecified disruption. The current owners said that activity seemed to increase for a while after some ghost hunters visited.
