The Lock Inn

Cutlery would be found moved in the restaurant overnight, without the burglar alarms activating (a big white cloud has been encountered in this room too); in addition, items have been found moved, footsteps have been heard from upstairs (when no-one was there), and telephone interference has occurred too. A voice was heard in the ladies toilets saying "Careful" - and footsteps were heard going up the wall. It turned out the footsteps were heard where a staircase used to be. As far as visible phantoms, a female ghost was seen in the cellar although it is said that her favourite part of the building is the restaurant; alarms activating for no reason have been blamed on her.
