Wychbury Ring Hill Fort

This iron age hill fort was the site of fighting between Ancient Britons and Roman invaders; the sounds of orders being yelled, classing metal, and the screams of the armies have been heard - and a solitary Roman soldier seen within the fort, before vanishing.
