Hogshead

The owner of the building has been seen in the cellar, where he died falling down the steps in the 1930s. Keys are said to go missing and then reappear some time later, and bar glasses jump off the shelves.

Update 14/12/21: The pub responded to my Facebook query about recent phenomena: "Not to our knowledge."
