Zak's Waterside Grill and Bar

Once a waterside mortuary, staff have heard their name called while alone in the establishment. They also report items being moved, things falling off shelves, a jug exploding on a shelf and even one sighting of a man with a top hat and shiny shoes, apparently in Victorian garb, close to the building (though there are tales of things being seen out of the corner of the eye). All of these phenomena happen in the old boathouse, not used by the public.
