It is not known if ghosts are still experienced here, but when a branch of the Co-Op was housed in this building in the late 1970s/early 80s, two spectres were seen here. The first was a baker, who was said to have hanged himself here and was seen in his old area but which was by then a butcher's shop. A Roundhead was also seen walking through the warehouse before vanishing.
