Middletons

In the 1970s, people who were stopping at this pub reported feelings of an icy cold wind on their foreheads in the night, and the sensation of being suffocated. A more recent landlord has talked of a "whirlwind" in their living quarters and doors banging. There were also problems with gas supplies to the pumps being turned off, and a box of beer and beer kegs being moved of their own accord. It is not known if anything still occurs here.
