The owners of Florence Cafe, which opened here in 2007 were told that there was a ghost that was said to haunt the attic rooms - and was called Florence too! It is not known if anything was ever seen, but the Resist Vegan Kitchen who took over the property years later had a few minor occurrences in this lovely building, which was found to be "unsettling" at times, such as noises, and the doorway to the attic being found open despite having been closed previously. Whether the current owners have experienced anything is not known at present.
