Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar (MCP) LLP

Paranormal manifestations started when this building was a family home in the 1950s/60s, when a ouija board session prompted things being thrown around, the boiler turning on by itself and the apparition of a hooded monk on the stairs. When MCP took over there were sporadic reports of strange phenomena in the 1990s, such as footsteps, the sound of a piano being played, and the ghost of a young man in a military trenchcoat. Since then, the building has been mostly quiet apart from occasional cold spots and footsteps.
