From the time the company opened in 2020, there have been uncanny experiences here. The hair dryer and hoover would turn on by themselves, a giant glass vase fell on to the floor from a height without breaking, mirrors being found bent, and bottles of shampoos coming off shelves. A "cleansing" resulted in a slight reduction in activity, but people have still reported things; for instance an employee using their toilet heard a disembodied lady's voice and then the cubicle door being rattled.
