Woodlands Hotel

A mysterious lady answered a phone call to a guest's room (No.4), leaving the guest's wife puzzled and distressed! Staff later confirmed that the room was empty at the time the call was made. It is also said that a lady has been seen walking through the room at night. Voices and the sound of a piano have also been heard in the otherwise empty bar downstairs, and a woman in white rushed around the outside of the building. Televisions have also been found turned on in the rooms, and the female phantom, nicknamed "Joyce" has been seen on the landing and walking down the stairs.
