The Crown Inn

Two spectral children and a phantom adult, thought to be a man, are said to "reside" here. This latter phantom once stroked a man's head during the night and saying "Sshhh!", and an impression was left on a bed as if someone had been lying on it. An area of the pub used to house a piano; this area was the source of a cold spot and music was heard coming from it, even though the keys were not moving. These spirits are said to indulge in mischief, such as moving objects etc.
