The Lynn Arms (Closed)

The Street, Syderstone, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE31 8SD

A momentary view of the silhouette of a man has been in the pub and there has also been an apparition of an old man dresssed in old fashioned clothing and wearing a cap; they may be the same phantom through. One of the deceased landlords has also been seen too. Issuing from the cellar have been the sounds of barrels dropping, even though no-one was there. When the upstairs area was unoccupied people in the bar heard the sounds of girls giggling and footsteps. There had also been unexplained banging noises heard issuing from the flat, and an occupant's pet dog was so unnerved by something that it chewed the door frame and cut its paws on exposed nails in attempt to escape. On one occasion, the dog jumped out of window, with only minor injuries fortunately.
