Derby Theatre

Cold blasts of air, a man in black seen in the bar and restaurant and a spectral woman in the ladies toilets have been experienced. An unspecified dressing room is also said to be haunted. A man in a long black cape and wearing a Stetson-type hat has also been seen too.
