The Assembly Rooms (Closed)

An elderly lady in Victorian clothes and with no legs was seen floating in the concourse opposite the Darwin Suite, where a ring of children have been seen dancing; in addition, their laughter has been heard in the building. A man in a top hat and cane has also been observed.
