French words have been heard coming from the parlour, and footsteps in the hallway and the clicking of billiard balls heard too.

Update 12/8/20: Dan, a worker at the World Service Restaurant which occupied the lower floors until 2024 (The Nottingham Club were based on the upper storeys), told me, "I am afraid to say that we haven't had any odd occurrences at World Service lately. I have been here for many years and don't think I can remember any instances..."
