The nursing staff have talked of being accompanied by another, unexplained nurse described as like an elderly matron with a well-spoken English accent, but rarely seen by patients. One nurse described how she saw a girl of 4 years old, wearing a red coat. Objects have also been moved and the sound of starched, rustling clothing has been heard.
