Strange noises in the basement, a spectre in Cavalier-style clothes, the sound of voices, footsteps and heavy furniture being moved, cold spots, a door opening by itself, the sensation of being touched and objects moving by themselves have been mentioned as occurring here.

Update 13/12/21: Amy Sansom, PA to the Directors replied to my email: "So I had an ask and apparently a couple years ago one of our old directors Graham saw a woman, apparently she was very nice to him. The building also creaks a lot, the staff feel safer sitting outside waiting for a taxi home than in the building with no one in. "
