A man became a hermit after the death of his wife and then him drinking his money away; his spectre has been seen here. One group were startled by a bright flash and when they looked back after ascending up the cliff face, a figure in a coat and tall hat but no facial features was clambering up the rocks at an inhuman pace. Fortunately the group outran the figure.
