Sheffield Central Library

A sigh like that of a dying man has been heard here; sadly, a disembodied, twitching hand that grasped a worker's skirt before going limp has never been sighted again! Perhaps the location here is the clue - the library was built on the site of a medical school.
Update 16/7/21: Phil Repper, the Library and Information Assistant informs me, "I’m afraid we don’t have anything odd or unexplained to report in recent years."
