The spectre is a man wearing a top hat and cape and carrying a cane and has been seen on the shop floor and emerging from a lift. Doors have slammed shut and been unable to be opened, and turned off by themselves in the cellar - one piece of glass that was thrown off a shelf by the ghost narrowly missed hitting the manager in the neck.
