Carbrook Hall

Sir John Bright, the builder of this hall, is said to have returned to haunt it. John Blunt, the owner of the hall in the 1900s (when most of it was demolished and it became an inn), is also said to make appearances, too. There is also said to be "an elderly woman adorned in 1920s attire," who is seen rocking in a rocking chair. The women's toilets are also said to have some phenomena too - ladies have been prevented from leaving the cubicles! The building is now a branch of Starbucks and staff are said to have heard the laughter of children and a baby crying as they prepare to close up the branch last thing at night.
