Stanley Park Lodge

The council operate this building as a HQ for Stanley Park staff and won't comment on the ghosts claimed here. A loud noise (described as a cross between a howl, a moan and a scream) was once heard, a lady on the landing who walked through a wall, murals coming to life and dancing for a family's daughter and an old man who woman who used to tell stories to the youngest son of the (living) family. This youngest boy also saw a young boy and girl too, who were tossing a toy rabbit back and forth until it landed in the fire. The children screamed when the living boy went to retrieve it in the (now disused and boarded up) fireplace and a woman turned round and told the two spectral children off.
