South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum

The spectre of an airman in the main hangar, people being touched, stroked and scratched, dark shadows, lighting effects and poltergeist-like activity has been reported here. There are also reports of a young boy named Mickey and a figure seemingly wearing a boiler suit is also to be seen.

Update 5/7/22: I emailed the museum asking about any recent phenomena and was told by Alan Beattie: "We have many different groups hold paranormal investigations at our site and over the past years, barring the Covid lockdown period, and all groups report having encountered some activity, be it electronic anomoly stuff or weeghee (i know it's wrong spelling) board or seance. Some much more than others. Unforunately, we are unable to distinguish between tampering by visitors, when items have been moved or 'stolen' in some cases', and 'other forces at work'. We have no instances of ghosts, white sheet type or otherwise, appearing in front of staff."
